Pleasant Valley School | Seismic Upgrade

School District No. 68 (Nanaimo Ladysmith Public Schools) engaged Bradley Shuya Architect Inc. in 2019 to prepare PDR documents for the Ministry of Education approvals for a seismic upgrade to the Pleasant Valley Elementary School.

The project completed construction in the summer 2022 on time and within budget. Rutherford School was be renovated as a swingspace school to accommodate Pleasant Valley School off site during this seismic upgrade.
